Thankful for the Strength God Provides
Thankful for the Strength God Provides
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)
Caregiving requires a kind of strength that goes beyond what the body can provide. It’s the strength to wake up early, to smile when you’re tired, to comfort others while carrying your own worries, and to keep giving even when your cup feels empty.
There are days when exhaustion settles in and the weight of responsibility feels heavy — yet somehow, we continue. That “somehow” is grace. It’s God’s quiet power, lifting us up when we can’t stand on our own. His strength doesn’t always remove the struggle, but it gives us endurance to walk through it with peace.
Today, I’m thankful for the strength that doesn’t come from coffee or sleep or determination — but from God’s unending grace. Because every time I think I’ve reached my limit, He reminds me that His strength has no limit at all.
