1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup mandarin orange segments (fresh or drained from can)

For the Citrus-Honey Glaze (optional but delicious):
2 tbsp orange juice (fresh-squeezed or 100% juice)
1 tsp honey or sugar substitute (like stevia or monk fruit)
Β½ tsp lime juice
A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for warmth and aroma)
For Garnish:
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

Prepare the fruit:
Wash and chop all fruit into bite-sized pieces. Combine in a large bowl.Make the glaze:
