Privilege of Service
Day 5 – Thankful for the Privilege of Service
“Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” — Matthew 25:40 (NIV)
Caregiving is more than a job — it’s a sacred privilege. Every meal prepared, every hand held, every gentle reminder is an act of service unto God. When we serve others, we serve Christ Himself.
This perspective transforms daily routines into holy work. Even the smallest acts done with love carry eternal meaning. Today, I’m grateful for the honor of serving others and for the opportunity to be part of their stories.
Caregiver’s Prayer:
“Lord, thank You for allowing me to serve in Your name. May my actions bring comfort and reflect Your love.”
