Lessons in Humility

Day 21 – Thankful for Lessons in Humility

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.” — Philippians 2:3 (NIV)

Every day as a caregiver is an act of humility — serving, lifting, helping, and placing others’ needs before our own. But humility isn’t weakness; it’s the strength of a servant’s heart.

Christ Himself modeled it perfectly, washing the feet of those He loved. When we humble ourselves in service, we draw nearer to His likeness.

Caregiver’s Prayer:
“Lord, keep me humble in heart and strong in spirit. Let my service always reflect Your love, not my pride.”
