Thankful for the Presence of Peace
Day 28 – Thankful for the Presence of Peace
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.” — John 14:27 (NIV)
In caregiving, peace doesn’t always mean quiet surroundings — it means a calm heart in the midst of activity. True peace isn’t found in the absence of stress, but in the presence of Christ.
His peace steadies trembling hands and soothes anxious minds. It reminds us that we are never alone — even in the busiest, most emotional moments of care, His Spirit is with us.
Caregiver’s Prayer:
“Lord, fill my heart with Your peace today. Let it flow through my words, my actions, and every life I touch.”
